Please Include Your Name, Your angel's full name and DOB and DOD as well as a link to a photo of your angel if you wish it included and a link to their webpage. If you would like a small message from you to your angel included please post that also.

To link me to a photo you must first upload it to a free photo site, Photobucket.com and imageshack.us are the best. Then just link me the direct http link.

Please provide me with at least your name, your angels name, your email address, your angel's dates and a brief commentary about him/her/them. You are not required to share a photo if you do not wish.
